This role is crucial in providing analytical support that drives product strategy and financial health, partnering with the Product management team and other business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Responsibilities
Support the annual budgeting process and monthly financial forecast
Provide analytical support, independently lead analysis, and present findings to the Product management team and interdepartmental consumers
Develop and monitor metrics key to evolving business needs
Manage and enhance recurring reports and create illuminating analyses & recommendations
Create and maintain decision support models in Microsoft Excel
Manipulate, cross-reference, and summarize large data sets
Run ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as requested by business leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
1-3 years of experience in a corporate finance, FP&A, or other analytical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Experience with quantitative modeling and data analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas)
Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
