Responsibilities
Work closely with HR staff to experience different roles, answer employee questions and/or research possible resolutions
Research and design department related reports and presentations
Assist with specific projects and initiatives as assigned
Lead in the development of special projects and report and share updates often
Design spreadsheets for analysis and audits
Contribute to department-wide efforts to support PREMIER and its employees
Qualification
Required
Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education
Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Ability to be patient and attentive to detail
Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language
Excellent time management skills
