FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

K2 Medical Research is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator/Office Manager to support their clinic in Tampa, FL. The primary responsibility of this role is to greet guests, manage incoming communications, and coordinate office activities to ensure a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory in stock
Update database
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Additional duties as assigned

Required

Must be Bilingual in English and in Spanish
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work Monday – Thursday 8am to 5pm
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical office environment with a calm and pleasant personality
Ability to complete training and follow study protocol
Flexibility and ability to prioritize and multi-task throughout the day
Must be detail oriented, and self-motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to interact with a diverse patient population
Proficiency with Microsoft office Products

Preferred

Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) is a plus!
