Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft-based APIs and integration solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate specifications into secure MuleSoft implementations

Coordinate with technical and business support teams to activate partner opportunities and respond to partner needs

Build, deploy, and support solutions using CI/CD pipelines using GitLab

Implement integration patterns: request-reply, publish/subscribe, routing, and transformations

Optimize API performance, conduct mUnit testing, and maintain integration documentation

Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards

Oversee onboarding, setup, and technical enablement for B2B partners using Anypoint Partner Manager

Monitor message flows between internal systems and partner systems

Track partner performance, analyze collaboration data, manage operational relationships, resolve integration issues, and drive mutual business goals

Maintain compliant documentation of APIs and partner activities

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

2-5+ years of IT experience, with 1-3 years MuleSoft development and experience in partner/client-facing roles

Hands-on use of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Studio, CloudHub, and Partner Manager

Familiarity with EDI, B2B messaging, DataWeave, mUnit, REST/SOAP services, SFTP/TLS/OAuth

Experience with CI/CD workflows and source control (Git, Azure DevOps)

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills

Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, integrations, data flows, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Preferred

Prior AnyPoint Partner Manager background preferred

Experience with SAP and Salesforce technologies

MuleSoft Certification preferred
