Director of Client Success – Lead, Innovate & Elevate Customer Experiences
Revel Media Group is redefining business communication through digital signage, and they are seeking a strategic Director of Client Success to build their Client Success organization. This role involves designing the department, defining service tiers, and optimizing client engagement to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Build the Client Success organization, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers
Design the Client Success department, establishing the necessary people, processes, and technology for effective service
Define client service tiers, develop onboarding programs, and set success metrics to minimize churn and maximize satisfaction
Oversee Revel's Client Success systems, guiding platform selection and optimizing workflows for client engagement
Report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and manage a small team, expanding to three direct reports within 12 months
Address critical client escalations or product launches as needed during on-call responsibilities
Be available during peak periods, including client onboarding, major product deployments, and quarter-end reviews
Qualification
Required
Experience in building and leading a Client Success organization
Strong strategic and execution-focused leadership skills
Ability to design and implement effective client service processes
Experience in defining client service tiers and developing onboarding programs
Proven track record in setting success metrics to minimize churn and maximize satisfaction
Experience overseeing Client Success systems and guiding platform selection
Ability to optimize workflows for client engagement
Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Support, Product, and key accounts
Willingness to travel up to 15% for client meetings
Availability for on-call responsibilities to address critical client escalations or product launches
Availability during peak periods, including client onboarding, major product deployments, and quarter-end reviews
Ability to manage a small team and expand to three direct reports within 12 months
