Responsibilities
Create and manage project plans that drive accountability for complex, cross-functional records management initiatives
Leverage hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities for digitization and enhanced records retention programs; distill complex records management problems into cohesive, action-oriented approaches
Prepare compelling executive-level presentations; presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences
Analyze critical data and information necessary for execution and decision making. Responsible for synthesizing numerous sources of data and key analysis and translating into specific actions
Work within records management team and other business stakeholders in coordination to execute project plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of experience
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work across diverse teams and navigate competing priorities
Personal Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working autonomously
Ambiguity & Change Management: Comfortable leading in rapidly evolving, ambiguous environments
Executive Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, capable of influencing senior and executive-level audiences
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable impact through clinical or operational strategies
Project Management: Demonstrated strengths in project management and execution
Data Analytics: Demonstrated strengths in analytical problem solving; ability to analyze complex data sets, develop insights, recommendations, and options, thorough and thought out plans inclusive of alternative
