Mid LevelMain Line Health is seeking a Clinical Lab Scientist at Bryn Mawr Hospital to perform complex testing for disease detection, diagnosis, and treatment. The role involves working with advanced technology and an interdisciplinary team to support patient care and community health.

Responsibilities
Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic and bacteriological testing in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of disease
Work with the latest technology and a top-notch interdisciplinary team
Perform a variety of complex testing with the goal of detecting, diagnosing, and treating disease
Qualification
Required
Must have skills necessary to perform procedures contained in the laboratory procedure manual, including specimen processing, test performance and reporting test results
Demonstrated communication, organization, and prioritization skills required
Bachelor's degree in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or related field
Equivalent combination of education and experience required
Preferred
Blood Bank experience is preferred for this role
Previous laboratory computer system experience preferred
MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred
