They are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Director to oversee marketing activities, support sales and business development efforts, and develop strategic marketing proposals for various business units.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operations Leadership to provide marketing support for sales and business development efforts for the various ARCO business units

Oversee marketing activities for construction projects in progress

Independently develop responses for project pursuit requirements including prequalification questionnaires, proposals, client presentations and associated collateral materials

Independently perform focused industry research

Collect and update project profiles and team member resume content

Partner with Operations Leadership to develop and execute business unit specific objectives and key results plans

Manage database of prospects and customers for communication targeting

Plan events including but not limited to project groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings

Interface with customers to coordinate creative service offerings including press releases and property marketing collateral

Effectively present information to Business Unit leadership

Coordinate tradeshow and industry and broker/developer association involvement and events
