Responsibilities
Design and implement secure, stable, scalable AI solutions using Generative AI (LLMs, transformers), Predictive AI (ML models, forecasting), and Agentic AI (autonomous agents, multi-agent systems) for Saint-Gobain North America that support business users in decision-making, task execution, and data analysis
Evaluate industry-leading LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, open-source models) and niche AI offerings in conjunction with Saint-Gobain corporate AI standards and business needs
Leverage Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Cognitive Services to enhance automation with vision, language, and decision-making capabilities
Partner with Saint-Gobain AI teams at our global corporate headquarters in Paris and other AI teams in various regions of the world to promote knowledge sharing, and solution re-use along with contributing to the development and monitoring of corporate AI standards and policies
Design, develop and maintain intelligent business process automation solutions that require strict procedure adherence using Automation Anywhere and Power Automate and plan for their migration to advanced data analytics, Agentic AI and citizen developer options for the business community
Partner with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives and priorities with strategic goals for Saint-Gobain North America
Contribute to AI best practices, including model transparency and explainability, bias mitigation, and compliance with internal policies and external standards and laws in the US, Canada and the European Union
Prepare and maintain all security documentation for tools and solutions in compliance with North American and global corporate IT Security policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or similar is required
1-2 years' experience with Generative AI, Predictive AI, and Agentic AI in a global corporate enterprise
1-2 years' experience with AI architecture
3+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the manufacturing industry
Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Cognitive Services and integration of LLMs into enterprise workflows for business process automation
Excellent communication skills to convey AI business value across various audiences – both technical and businesspeople in various levels of the organization and around the world
