They are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Executive to build relationships with business owners and HR leaders, offering tailored insurance solutions and closing high-impact contracts.

Responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and decision-makers
Presenting customized insurance plans that meet each client's unique needs
Negotiating and finalizing contracts with confidence and professionalism
Using our CRM system to track leads, manage follow-ups, and grow your book of business
Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A go-getter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to personal growth
Ability to thrive independently while being part of a high-performance team
Preferred
6+ months of sales experience preferred (but not required)
