Responsibilities
Build the interface that brings our simulation platform to life and redefines usability
Design and ship consumer-grade experiences that simplify complex operational decisions
Drive mindset and behavior change through UX, helping users shift from static spreadsheets to interactive systems
Work directly with customers to understand workflows and translate them into modern product patterns
Own the full stack across Next.js and NestJS
Listen carefully to customer requests and identify underlying workflow problems
Collaborate closely with the engineer building the simulation engine to ensure actionable and trustworthy system output
Define not just the product, but how the industry interacts with operational data
Qualification
Required
Experience with full-stack development
Proficiency in Next.js
Proficiency in NestJS
Ability to design and ship consumer-grade experiences
Experience in UX design and driving behavior change
Strong communication skills to work directly with customers
Ability to translate customer workflows into modern product patterns
Experience in collaborating with engineers on complex systems
Valid U.S. work authorization
