System Supervisor - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
Developing direct reports to meet team and organizational goals through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments
Holding direct reports accountable for actions while being able to coach individuals to increase success
Ensure that work is distributed appropriately across the function to ensure success of team and organizational goals with continued evaluation
Establishing a cadence of regularly scheduled one on ones, team huddles, and development sessions
Interviews, participates in decisions, orients, trains, develops, and evaluates subordinates and recommends appropriate personnel actions, to assure the attraction, retention and motivation of qualified employees
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes
Work with Talent Acquisition leadership to define goals for talent team and how to achieve those goals through training, KPI’s, and development
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Universities, Community Groups, and other external constituents in the effort to promote Bronson and Bronson recruitment
Responsible for planning, executing, and participating in a variety of internal and external onsite and virtual career driven events
Knowledge of federal and state employment, civil rights and labor laws, rules, and regulation
Acts as a resource to leadership to ensure a fair and consistent process, appropriate communication, and legal compliance
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and following candidate through to start date
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Participates in special projects as requested. Provides appropriate recommendations for improvement and change within budgetary constraints of the organization
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function
Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on recruitment metrics and trends
Performs activities that support programs and services including, but not limited to EEO/Affirmative Action, employment requirements, and employment related programs. Prepares a variety of reports and analysis

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Communication, or a relevant field
8+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and or Human Resources
3+ years of previous leadership experience leading recruiters (preferably clinical recruiters) and talent acquisition professionals
Ability to work non-traditional hours, including occasional nights and weekends
Ability to be on-call and responsive 24/7
Required to attend career events regularly and must hold Recruiters accountable for attendance and participation in numerous events per month
Must be the Subject Matter Expert on Clinical Recruitment
Must possess demonstrated experience working in high pressure situations and the ability to adapt to various leadership styles
Ability to travel up to 20% depending on business needs
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
Experience with applicant tracking systems (specifically Workday) and other recruitment technologies
Demonstrated experience with Talent Analytics and metrics
Demonstrated experience holding recruiters accountable to predefined metrics and KPIs across req load, pipeline health, time-to-fill, hiring dept. meetings and updates and SLA adherence, including regular performance reviews and corrective action plans
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment goals
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while showcasing a superb Talent Acquisition acumen to support the Bronson system
