New Grad, Entry LevelMilkco is a Fluid Milk Plant that processes, bottles, and ships fluid milk, juice, tea, and eggnog. They are seeking a 2nd Shift Palletizer Operator for their Production department, responsible for operating a Highlift and working alternate weekends.

Responsibilities
Operates a Highlift regularly
Requires working alternate weekends (no more than 5 work days total each week), 1:30 PM until finished
Qualification
Required
Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco)
Will conduct a Criminal Background Check
Must pass an E-Verify Screening
Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
Must want to work and have excellent attendance
Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people
Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
Preferred
Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent
