Supervisor - Human Resources - Benefits (Hybrid)
Mayo Clinic Healthcare London is seeking a Supervisor for their Human Resources Benefits team. The role is responsible for managing and coordinating the performance of Benefits Specialists, overseeing daily benefit programs, and ensuring high levels of customer service and employee productivity.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and monitoring daily benefit programs in accordance with institutional initiatives and in conjunction with HR leadership
Accountable for managing and meeting workforce optimization and employee productivity
Responsible for hiring, evaluating, managing and developing employees
Responsible for quality and customer service expectations performed by Benefits Specialist
Ensures the appropriate onboarding and training process is applied to new hires which include developing appropriate training plans with reinforcement of skills for long-term employees
Identifies and analyzes department improvement ideas and implements changes
Proactively manages relationships by collaborating with leadership and other HR colleagues
Assists in the development and administration of one or more benefit programs
Be able to cross-function or cross-train among the benefits area
Coordinates the administration of employee benefit programs such as basic and major medical coverage, dental insurance, group life insurance, pension plans, and other benefits
Oversees administration of programs and maintenance of required records
Consults with and advises employees on eligibility, provisions, and other matters related to benefits
Develops administrative procedures to monitor and reduce costs and improve delivery of programs
Assists in the preparation of employee benefits booklets and other employee benefit communications
Advises employees on interpretation of plan provisions and conducts preretirement counseling

Required
Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service
Experience in managing and monitoring daily benefit programs in accordance with institutional initiatives
