Responsibilities
Interact with a variety of individuals via telephone, electronic media and in person
Respond to customer inquiries and manage member records
Actively promote DAHLC and Mayo Clinic Healthy Living services
Schedule appointments, patient registration, customer check-in/check-out, and payment transactions
Support pre/during/post customer needs
Serve as a direct contact or resource to customers
Support the DAHLC multi-line telephone operation and service desks
Be knowledgeable of services and programs offered at the Healthy Living Center (HLC) and promote Healthy Living philosophy
Create Mayo Clinic Access cards (MCIAC) for eligible non-Mayo customers of the HLC
Maintain building safety and security, solve problems and respond to immediate operational issues as they arise
Identify and analyze problems and recommend changes to improve work unit effectiveness
Respond to all emergencies within the center with an AED device and apply proper water safety response protocol for pool emergencies
Exercise sound judgment during stressful situations and take appropriate action
Qualification
