Responsibilities
Advance the development, validation, and real-world implementation of generative AI systems for clinical decision support
Work within a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, physicians, and engineers
Design novel generative architectures
Benchmark them against clinical datasets
Evaluate their performance in real-world settings
Emphasize model reliability, fairness, and value alignment
Create human-AI teams that provide value for patients while enhancing human presence in clinical care
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Experience in generative AI systems for clinical decision support
Knowledge of machine learning research and translational medicine
Ability to build trustworthy, interpretable, and safe AI models
Experience working within a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, physicians, and engineers
Skills in designing novel generative architectures
Ability to benchmark AI models against clinical datasets
Experience evaluating AI performance in real-world settings
Emphasis on model reliability, fairness, and value alignment
Ability to create human-AI teams that provide value for patients
