Start in 2026 SpringMayo Clinic Healthcare London is seeking a Graduate Engineering Intern - Electronics for a full-time position during Summer-Fall 2026. The primary purpose of the internship is to provide relevant engineering experiences and mentorship while completing selected engineering work assignments.

Responsibilities
Learning the procedures and processes of the Division of Engineering and the assigned work unit
Completing all internship-related assignments and reports for both Mayo and the participating educational facility (if applicable)
Designing components, developing a project strategy, gathering user needs, requirements and specifications, evaluating commercial components, assembling prototype systems, performing design verification and design validation, troubleshooting, and participating in design reviews
Qualification
Required
Graduate student in Engineering or related field
Ability to work full-time from May/June through December 2026
Willingness to learn procedures and processes of the Division of Engineering
Ability to complete internship-related assignments and reports
Experience or coursework in designing components, developing project strategies, gathering user needs, requirements and specifications, evaluating commercial components, assembling prototype systems, performing design verification and design validation, troubleshooting, and participating in design reviews
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary development environment
Understanding of safety risk management within engineering contexts
