Responsibilities
Creates Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection programs using vendor software
Conducts software testing and validation to originator requirements
Creates software documentation to comply with quality assurance requirements
Ensures software design specifications meet functional specifications
Troubleshoots software issues
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent
Five or more years of Quality Control experience is required
Must possess the ability to read and understand technical documents
Previous Experience using common languages (e.g. Camio, CMES, Modus, Etc.) is required
Must be highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment is required
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities is required
Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance
Preferred
Associate's degree is preferred
Two or more years of experience with a CMM is preferred
