Defend wage and hour class actions, as well as single plaintiff lawsuits
Work directly with clients on strategy decisions
Represent them at hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings
Qualification
Required
5+ years of employment litigation experience, ideally including wage and hour class action / PAGA experience
Active California State Bar admission
JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
