Responsibilities
Vacuum residential hallways
Clean and disinfect elevators (inside and out), elevator lobbies, trash rooms, and storage rooms
Clean and disinfect stairwells
Clean all glass doors (inside and out)
Sweep and clean common area walkways
Remove feces from the dog parks and all common areas
Clean urine from sidewalks
Pick up trash and cigarette butts from all common areas
Vacuum and dust clubhouse, including management offices
Wipe down fitness equipment
Wipe down and straighten up pool furniture
Clean pool decks
Clean barbecues and barbecue area
Immediately report any items that are broken or damaged to the Maintenance Supervisor or the General Manager
Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or the General Manager
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
1 year porter or janitorial experience required
