This role involves conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and adolescents, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents
Provide care in person at our Austin, Houston, or Dallas offices
Collaborate with therapists and leadership to ensure seamless, ethical, evidence-based care
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees
Autonomy and flexibility are offered in your schedule and treatment approach, with support for both medication management and psychotherapy integration
Qualification
Required
Board-certified or Board-eligible in Psychiatry
Licensed in Texas with an active, unencumbered DEA
Experience with adult and/or adolescent populations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
Preferred
TMS experience preferred
