They are looking for an Electronics Engineer - II to provide engineering, design, and development support for new product launches and development projects pertaining to electronics in exterior automotive lighting products.

Responsibilities

Provides design, development, and production support regarding the electrical requirements for new lighting products in order to meet program timing goals

Conducts and oversees design validation tests for prototype and production hardware

Recommends and implements design changes to production products per prototype testing results

Conducts DFMEA, DVP&R, wiring schematics, component selection, and other technical support on assigned programs per customer requirements

Provides electronics related guidance and technical advice to design and engineering for new product development and production programs

Generates new concepts for improving electronics design capabilities

Required

Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, plus up to 2 years of experience in a position involving electronics development

Experience in Electrical Engineering within automotive manufacturing
