CRM Territory Manager - San Diego, CA

As a Territory Manager in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division, you will drive sales, develop strategic territory sales plans, and build relationships with hospital personnel to improve patient outcomes through innovative therapies.

Responsibilities
Drive sales by scheduling and conducting calls with current and prospective customers to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit targets
Develop and execute strategic, data-informed territory sales plans based on product positioning, market competition, and customer needs
Engage hospital personnel and physicians through consultative conversations to understand procedural volume, product usage, and unmet needs—and align Boston Scientific solutions accordingly
Resolve product-related issues and service concerns through innovative thinking and collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, pricing, and clinical research
Expand access and visibility by developing strong relationships across hospital departments, including identifying key purchasing influencers and decision-makers
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that educate clinicians and support the adoption of our CRM technologies
Oversee and manage clinical resources to support device implants, programming, troubleshooting, and follow-up care across the territory
Provide direct support during device implants in hospital labs and operating rooms, followed by ongoing engagement to ensure long-term patient and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical or sales experience
5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to confidently explain and support complex product solutions
Willingness to participate in a 24/7/365 rotational call schedule with your sales team
Flexibility to work variable hours and complete an extensive onboarding and training program
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA
Experience in Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or related fields
Prior experience supporting cardiovascular device implantation
