New Grad, Entry LevelBest Companies Group is seeking a Survey Sales Associate to work with the Survey Insights team. This role focuses on generating sales revenue, delivering excellent service to partners and customers, and increasing the growth of BCG sales and products/services.

Responsibilities
Carry and deliver an annual sales goal of over $300K
Serve as the client manager/business partner for Best Place to Work program participants to discuss products and recognition opportunities
Creating and managing a sales effort that focuses on building long-term relationships with our customers
Help build new processes that increase revenue efficiency and revenue growth, with interdepartmental coordination
Represent the voice of the participant in internal conversations using data and feedback
Find areas of opportunity in how we execute our work to create new valuable products and services for our customers
Explore and report out on trends based on data around our customer experience, partner needs, and internal operations
Manage sales fulfillment information to communicate on product expectations with other teams
Qualification
Required
Experience selling and managing a pipeline of B2B prospects
Organizational skills to manage own pipeline of qualified leads
Collaboration between internal stakeholders and customers to deliver survey projects that allow clients to become amazing employers
Analytical skills to lead customer conversations on the survey data, how to take action, and the products and services we offer
Creativity to expand our offering's capability while also staying true to our core competencies
Communication skills that help create a two-way conversation between senior leadership and their team
Must have reliable home internet with a minimum of 50mbps up/10mbps down
