Business Development Manager(USA)
Firstunion is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales growth, explore new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in inside sales, account management, and business development, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell company products to new and existing customers
Develop new client leads through cold calls and outreach activities, build and maintain long-term customer relationships, and achieve sales targets
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints; collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics; participate in trade shows and external promotional events
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
Fluent in English
Must possess valid U.S. work authorization
Must possess a valid driver's license
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication skills
Strong sales skills
Strong negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Preferred
Sales or account management experience in CBD / Vape / FMCG industries
