Marketing Automation & Messaging Operations Manager

ESPN is a leading sports entertainment company, and they are seeking a Marketing Automation & Messaging Operations Manager. This role is focused on managing Braze messaging operations, optimizing marketing strategies, and improving CRM messaging goals to enhance the fan experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and work through requests for Braze messaging from both CRM and Product Marketing teams
Partner across team to launch, maintain and evaluate A/B tests
Assist in all reporting and analytics for messaging
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Work with Operations team to build out best practices

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or digital marketing, with a focus on working in CMS tools for Braze
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
