The role involves working with an architectural/engineering team on various projects, including preparing architectural plans and overseeing their execution from initial design through construction completion.

Responsibilities

Working with, and coordinating, an architectural/engineering team in preparing documents for a variety of projects

Perform the Architectural design work from initial design phase through construction completion, interface and collaboration with various disciplines, clients, and consultants

Prepares Architectural plans, and/or supervises their execution

Performs analysis of design and construction systems, planning studies, design layouts, and construction details

Oversees Conduct research and material studies used in writing specifications, including coordinating with manufacturers

Required

Professional Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch preferred)

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a project architect working within the rail/transit sector

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent design, technical detailing, and strong presentation skills, both verbal and visual

The candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving, an understanding that project success comes through teamwork, and a firm focus on client needs
