Responsibilities
Provides consultative direction and technical advice relating to the Bank's network infrastructure, addressing reliability, availability, scalability, security, and recovery. Supports all areas of Technology and Operations
Evaluates the performance of existing and proposed system components in delivering solutions for technology, operations, and business needs. Analyzes hardware platforms, operating systems, applications, and network components. Provides key insight into new system software, hardware, and network integration
Implements, upgrades, and supports network hardware and software. Coordinates new technologies spanning hardware platforms and different operating systems that require network communication. Coordinates network communication and data integration methods for new technologies. Performs planning and documentation throughout support activities. Resolves complex technical problems and automates tasks for improved efficiencies
Maintains a strong knowledge base to effectively consult and direct others on technical matters. Communicates effective and clear technical information across platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in design and support of complex network solutions OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in design and support of complex network solutions
Large Enterprise Network Design and Support
Enterprise Cisco Viptela SD-WAN
Enterprise Aruba/Cisco Wireless
Advanced Routing (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VRF)
Cloud Connectivity/Cloud Networking
