Responsibilities
Overseeing and executing bi-weekly payroll operations for multiple FEIN’s, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
Supporting the Payroll Manager
Collaborating with HR, Finance, and external vendors to maintain seamless payroll processes
Acting as a subject matter expert for the team
Playing a key role in improving payroll procedures and processes
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Proficiency in ADP, UKG Kronos, MS Office
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred
Minimum of (7+) years Payroll experience, preferred
