Sr Project Manager , Population Health & Human Experience

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive change and measurable improvements in healthcare delivery at University Hospital
Operate under the guidance of the Senior Vice President to manage daily operations of multiple projects focused on Human Experience, Population Health, and Quality Improvement
Oversee projects from initial design through to successful implementation and completion
Act as a results-driven leader who fosters strong relationships across all organizational levels
Analyze data to assess current systems and identify areas for enhancement
Track and evaluate performance improvement initiatives over time
Prepare detailed reports and project documentation for senior leadership review

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Social Science, Nursing, or other health-related field is required
Five (5) years of progressively more responsible professional experience, preferably in a health care environment
At least two (2) years in a project administrator/manager capacity required
Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles
Strong analytical skills
Ability to motivate people
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Must be familiar with clinical information and databases

Preferred

Master's degree is preferred
Experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree requirements on a year-for-year basis
