The role involves providing essential administrative and front-office support to the service department, working closely with service advisors and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
Assist with warranty submission support (entry, documentation, follow-up)
Support the warranty administrator with basic claims processing and organization
Handle cashier duties, including customer payments and receipts
Serve as receptionist for service customers and inbound calls
Perform basic accounting support, including:
RO closeout assistance
Daily reconciliation support
Filing and documentation
Maintain accurate records and support compliance procedures
Provide excellent customer service in a professional, friendly manner
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
Dependable, team-oriented, and growth-minded
Preferred
Prior dealership experience preferred (service, warranty, cashier, or accounting)
Basic accounting or administrative experience is a plus
