Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to internal staff and external clients by resolving both routine and complex administrative issues
Ensure the assigned office location operates effectively, supporting colleagues and visitors in their daily tasks
Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures as outlined by the Workplace Services Manager
Coordinate hiring processes and related administrative tasks with precision and efficiency
Provide support for video conferencing setups and other technological needs within the office
Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operational procedures to optimize workplace functionality
Act as a point of contact for external customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to enhance administrative workflows and contribute to a productive environment
Monitor and manage office supplies and resources to ensure availability and proper usage
Support the integration and application of NIS systems within the office environment

Required

Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles
Strong understanding of standard operating procedures and their application in office settings
Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal colleagues and external customers
Ability to manage hiring processes and administrative tasks with attention to detail
Familiarity with video conferencing tools and office technology
Capability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines
Organizational skills to monitor office resources and maintain a well-functioning environment
