Corporate Senior Accountant
Bruckner Truck & Equipment is one of the largest family-owned semi truck dealerships in the United States, operating in over 40 locations. The Senior Accountant is responsible for general ledger account reconciliation, preparing journal entries, and assisting the Controller with financial reporting tasks.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills
Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision
Utilize the accounting system, spreadsheet, and presentation software
Reconcile all operating accounts
Utilize statistical, economic and financial principles and techniques to prepare reports associated with the senior accountant role
Provide detailed analysis and perform audits relating to ongoing operations of the dealership
Prepare various financial documents for the operating departments
Assist with the month-end closing process by conducting research and making adjusting journal entries for any account discrepancies
Performs other duties as assigned
Occasional travel to various dealership locations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Minimum four years' experience in accounting or related business area
Proven track record of good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word
Preferred
Current CPA license preferred
Preferred two years' experience in public accounting
