Responsibilities
Proposal Management: Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses for institutional and intermediary clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to collect and verify proposal content
Content Development: Write, edit, and tailor responses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update internal databases to keep proposal content current and reliable
Quality & Process Improvement: Review deliverables for accuracy and compliance while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and content management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required
3-5 years of experience writing and managing RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, preferably within investment management, financial services, or legal sectors
Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management systems, with familiarity in proposal tools such as Loopio, Qvidian, or RFPIO
Understanding of investment products, performance metrics, and compliance processes within the asset management industry
Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts while staying organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
