Responsibilities
Create tee sheet configuration for all seven golf courses
Input’s tee-time reservation slips
Oversees the tee time bump sheet
Reviews the tee sheet and determines if adjustments can be made to place golfers into open tee times
Adjusts course tee-time configurations according to seasonal play, tournaments, course closures, adjusting tee times for other play
Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness to include the ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness and pivot service as needed
Works closely with club and league monitors and officers for tee sheet setup
Oversees data entry for Group Play and other special events
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
Fields telephone inquiries and questions from residents and guests concerning their tee time reservations
Runs the tee-time reservation lottery
Checks telephone messages, e-mail correspondence and website tee times for each day's input
Flexible work schedules to include an ability to work weekends on short notice is required
Maintains consistent record of acceptable onsite attendance and punctuality according to policy guidelines
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
Must have solid working knowledge with Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis in Excel, Word, Outlook
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience working within a golf pro-shop and scheduling environment highly preferred
Systems experience TotalE highly preferred
