Develop and execute compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives and enhance brand identity
Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy, and communications, to integrate creative solutions into broader campaigns
Engage with clients to understand their vision and deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design elements into projects
Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
Ensure all creative outputs are consistent, error-free, and align with brand guidelines

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in art direction or creative design roles
Pharmaceutical advertising experience is required
Strong visual design skills, proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and excellent communication abilities
In-depth understanding of design principles, branding, and digital media
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A collaborative mindset and a passion for advancing healthcare through creative excellence

Preferred

A Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred
