Responsibilities

Primary function – Program and operate Tipper Tie with correct specs for products being produced
Troubleshoot equipment problems
Will do machine set-up, tear down, and style changes
Responsible for some paperwork and other miscellaneous duties
Maintain line efficiencies and line speed for employees assigned to that line
Must be able to rotate within the departments and other departments
Work on the line as needed
Conduct PMs
Be able to fix small breakdowns

Required

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to lift 40 lbs
Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills
Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone
Also, requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling and recording weights from scales
Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity
Must stay until the shift end to teardown and clean
Must have good basic math skills
Must be able to communicate, read and write in English
