Responsibilities

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for our generative AI product teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles to drive project success
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, AI engineers, and solution architects to align sprint goals with the team's mission, manage dependencies, and remove impediments
Drive the delivery of high-value features by managing the team's backlog, tracking key performance metrics in Azure DevOps, and ensuring a relentless focus on our strategic objectives
Provide hands-on guidance to help the team navigate the complexities of our solution delivery and mentoring them on Agile best practices
Act as an Agile coach to optimize our SDLC processes, ensuring our Git and CI/CD pipelines support the rapid and reliable delivery of scalable AI solutions

Qualification

Required

Minimum five years of recent professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, with a proven track record leading technical teams in enterprise environments
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant technical field is preferred; a Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar) is highly preferred
Expert-level proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog management and reporting, along with deep experience using Git and working within established CI/CD pipelines
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate priorities, and articulate complex concepts to all stakeholders
Proactive and servant-leader mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving results within a fast-paced, innovative, and technically complex domain

Preferred

master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant technical field is preferred
a Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar) is highly preferred
