The Lead Psychedelic Facilitator will provide clinical and operational leadership across research trials, ensuring participant safety and adherence to study protocols while supporting program growth and development.

Responsibilities
Facilitate preparatory, dosing, and post-dosing integration sessions in alignment with study protocols
Ensure participant safety, data integrity, and adherence to GCP/GDP standards
Provide oversight of facilitator staffing, training, mock sessions, and ongoing performance evaluation
Work closely with investigators, study coordinators, raters, regulatory teams, and sponsors
Support program growth, sponsor engagement, recruitment efforts, and select public-facing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Licensed mental health professional (PhD/PsyD, MD/DO, MSW, LCPC, LMHC, LMFT or Psychiatric NP)
Highly experienced in working with altered states of consciousness, including preparation and integration
Preferred
Prior psychiatric clinical research experience
Psychedelic dosing session experience
