NPAworld is looking for a Webmaster to develop and manage SEO strategies and oversee multi-language corporate websites. The role involves ensuring web operations are efficient, user-friendly, and compliant with local regulations while collaborating with global teams and managing website performance.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies tailored to local markets to drive organic growth
Design, launch, and manage multi-language corporate websites and microsites
Maintain continuity of web operations across multiple time zones and departments while assisting with content updates and website analytics
Ensure all website content, structure, and navigation are user-friendly, accessible, and culturally relevant while maintaining consistent, accurate, and current information
Collaborate with global teams to localize content and ensure compliance with local regulations and norms
Create campaign-specific landing pages and A/B test to optimize performance
Monitor site performance, usability, and SEO using analytics tools to provide actionable insights
Serve as primary liaison for all website projects, ensuring seamless coordination with marketing, sales, and technical teams
Coordinate website updates, security patches, and technical enhancements with internal IT and external vendors
Support the integration of CRM and marketing automation platforms to enhance user experience
Maintain web analytics and reporting systems, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure web accessibility and mobile responsiveness for all international users
Manage domain registrations, hosting, and SSL certificates for multiple geographies
Understanding of e-commerce CMS systems
Oversee web governance, including privacy, copyright, and data protection policies globally

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, web development, or related field required
Three plus years of experience managing large-scale, multi-language websites or digital platforms
Strong understanding of international web standards, SEO, analytics, and UX/UI principles
Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
Experience with web security, accessibility standards, and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Excellent project management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities
