Take ownership of project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met

Manage and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians, fostering professional growth and technical excellence

Lead project planning, contract negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance for multiple active developments

Provide expert guidance in subdivision design, grading, drainage, utility coordination, and agency permitting

Collaborate with clients to provide proactive consulting solutions that drive their land development goals

Build long-term client relationships, pursue repeat business, and actively identify new project opportunities

Represent the firm with professionalism in meetings, presentations, and public forums

Contribute to leadership discussions on office planning, resource allocation, and strategic growth initiatives
