Eagle Distributing Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to assist in the implementation of their technology infrastructure. The role involves supporting operations in information systems, tier I helpdesk, access control, and incident response operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementation of Eagle Distributing technology infrastructure
Assist in all aspects of the technology infrastructure including network, storage, server, operating systems, and applications
Assist in security incidents, security threats, and disaster recovery operations
Support operations in Information System operations
Support operations in Tier I level Helpdesk
Support operations in Access Control and Authentication
Support operations in Technology Infrastructure Monitoring and Reporting
Assist in Incident Response Operations
Assist in maintaining and aim to improve existing technology infrastructure elements including ShoreTel/Mitel VoIP, Microsoft Exchange, Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Windows Servers, VMware and Hyper-V, End-Point Security, iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile, Security and compliance, Installing Windows 10, Office 2016/365, ConnectWise and Antivirus software

Required

Must be able to climb and work from 12 to 15 ft ladders
Lift weight of 20 LBS over their head
Walk warehouse concrete floors
Have excellent verbal and written communication
Working knowledge of network operation and Helpdesk ticketing software

Preferred

Familiarity with security tools such as, DNS solutions, Windows firewall, encryption, antivirus, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection platforms, etc
Experience in running network cabling
Certification(s); CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
