The Racquet Sports Front Desk Staff position is essential for providing operational support and managing the day-to-day operations of the Penn Racquet Sports facilities, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of reservations and inquiries.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries about memberships, private lessons, clinics, programs, junior clinics, and summer camp

Process payments accurately and efficiently

Assist members with navigating and utilizing the facility's app

Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression

Continuously provide excellent customer service to address member needs and questions

Manage reservations for tennis courts, ensuring an organized schedule

Efficiently check in both visitors and members

Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping

Oversee opening and closing procedures for the facility

Ensure a welcoming and organized front desk area
