Entry, Mid LevelAVL ZalaZONE is expanding its numerical simulation activities and is seeking a Simulation Engineer. The role involves various simulation profiles including structural analysis, crash safety, vibration studies, and computational fluid dynamics.

Responsibilities
As part of the expansion of our numerical simulation activities, we are looking for several profiles specialized in the following fields:
Structural Analysis Engineer – Strength of materials and mechanical structure simulations
Crash Safety Engineer – Impact simulations and passive safety optimization
Vibration Engineer – Random and harmonic vibration studies for system reliability
NVH & System Dynamics Engineer – Noise, vibration, and system dynamics analysis of complex assemblies
3D CFD Engineer – 3D computational fluid dynamics for aerodynamics, thermal, or hydraulic systems
1D CFD Engineer – 1D fluid system modeling for complex networks (cooling, exhaust, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools such as Abaqus, LS-Dyna, Ansys, Star-CCM+, GT-Suite, etc
Previous experience in the automotive, aerospace, or industrial sectors is highly desirable
Strong team spirit, analytical skills, and autonomy
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) is an asset
High standards of quality, rigor, and attention to detail
Excellent ability to solve complex technical problems
Autonomous in work organization and committed to responsibility
A solid understanding of the automotive sector is a plus
