Responsibilities

Warmly greet patients and visitors, providing friendly and professional customer service
Answer and route incoming telephone calls
Schedule, cancel, and adjust appointments with accuracy and care
Support daily clinic operations by performing general office and administrative tasks
Collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient information
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and MaineHealth confidentiality policies
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow

Qualification

Customer serviceMedical office experienceComputer skillsCash collection skills

Preferred

High School diploma or GED preferred
Driver's license may be required
Experience in a medical office and customer service preferred
Computer skills, effective cash collection skills
