Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activity within the Treasury Management System (TMS)
Download and review daily cash activity; update TMS records
Reconcile daily TMS cash files to ensure accuracy and completeness
Apply bank deposits and wire activity to internal contract and accounting systems
Open, close, and maintain a large volume of bank accounts
Process wire transfers and resolve issues directly with banking partners
Prepare daily cash-positioning reports
Maintain account analyses and reconciliations on a current and accurate basis
Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and ad hoc reporting requirements
Collaborate with internal teams across accounting, finance, legal, and operations
Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of relevant cash application or treasury-related accounting experience
Experience using a Treasury Management System (TMS), such as Kyriba
Strong computer skills; experience with automated accounting systems
Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently
Excellent 10-key, numeracy, and accuracy skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; reconciliation experience
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with strong follow-through
Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred

Prior exposure to platforms such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, financial consolidation tools, or similar systems
