Responsibilities

Develop and manage annual financial plans and monthly forecasts for assigned business units and channels
Lead detailed revenue and margin analysis performance evaluation
Review and interpret financial results, comparing actuals to plan, forecast, and prior year to identify key drivers and trends
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making
Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and executive teams to understand business performance and market impacts
Prepare and present monthly financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to senior management
Develop and maintain advanced financial models and analytical tools to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Support the creation and execution of long-range financial plans and strategic initiatives
Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of financial systems, databases, and reporting processes
Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed
Collaborate on ad hoc financial projects and analysis as assigned by leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or a related finance role
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data to support strategic decision-making
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High degree of initiative, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity
Collaborative team player with strong business acumen and an ability to influence across departments

Preferred

Master's degree or MBA preferred
Experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, and other analytics tools preferred
Experience working with ERP and reporting systems such as SAP, BW, Hyperion, or Qlik a plus
