Responsibilities
Analyze the requirements and propose best possible solutions across the entire project
Design APIs for app functionality and better user performance
Follow standard coding practices when writing code
Provide support during the entire application development process
Troubleshoot and debug apps before handing it over to testers for better performance
Research and propose new apps and products
Update the apps according to latest technology trends
Qualification
Required
Proven experience of working as a lead
Portfolio of successfully released applications
Proficient in programming languages, frameworks, and technologies similar to React, Node, Ruby on Rails, Postgresql, AWS, etc
Collaborate with the team to constantly innovate the design and functionality of apps
Strong analytical skills
Problem-solving attitude
Excellent managerial skills and strong work ethics
Good communication skills
Must be authorized to legally work in the U.S. (we do not currently sponsor employment visas)
