Oversee full recruitment cycle of new hires
Conduct phone interviews and manage applications via the applicant tracking system
Perform initial evaluation and training of new hires
Serve as mentor/liaison between the new hire and manager
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma
Ability to read and write English
Strong interpersonal skills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent
Preferred
At least 5 years in the drywall business
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training / recruiting
