Lead daily operations of educational programs
Support and mentor tutors
Guide curriculum development
Foster positive communication with families and schools
Ensure responsive, individualized, and results-driven client care
Interact directly with students and parents
Qualification
Required
Experience in both in-person and online tutoring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse students, educators, and parents
Preferred
Master's degree in Education or related field preferred
Experience in special education is an advantage
